I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida. I’ve been practicing for 19 years and in that time I’ve treated many clinical concerns, including relationship issues, anxiety, depression, issues related to being a highly sensitive person, and career concerns. I also have a great deal of experience treating issues related to traumatic experiences.

My undergraduate studies were done at the University of Florida, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2001. In 2005 I received a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology at the University of North Florida.

I also have an arts background, I began my academic career in the fine arts, though I did not complete my bachelors in this area. Because of this background, I enjoy working with artists and people exploring and developing their creativity.
